You installed our septic system in 1990 when we renovated a summer bungalow on the lake into a year-round house. We have been very happy with the system and your service people all these years.

Recently, when the system was serviced, it was recommended that I use your laundry detergent to prevent the bubbling I was receiving from the one I have used, even though mine does not contain phosphates and I thought it was "green".

Admittedly, I was skeptical, but decided to give the detergent a try. Amazing!

In my dark wash, I tossed in a good pair of shorts that had become stained by something tha thadn't washed out after many, many washings. I was using them as old gardening shorts. The first wash I put them in using your detergent, they came out spotlesss! It's like getting a brand new pair of shorts. And, the clothes seem softer than before.

I'm sold! And looking forward to many more years of using your services and products.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for everything you did to solve my recent septic problems. I would say that you met my expectations but in reality the quality and professionalism you display were beyond anything I could have imagined.

As you know, another contractor damaged my septic system while working on home improvements to my house and then promised that he would do the necessary repairs.

After waiting three months, my patience had run out and I contacted you.

In two days, you and your crew redesigned and replaced my septic system with a modern, high quality system that was light years ahead of what the other contractor had proposed.

Considering the quality of the materials and workmanship and the speed with which you accomplished the lob, the charge for your servlces was very reasonable. In fact, you charged just a little more to come, fix my problem and relevel my property than I had paid the other contractor who never finished the promised work and tried to employ old and outdated technology and materials.

Your assistance didn't stop there, however. Because the septic system was damaged acddental~ I also had the potential for a claim against my homeowners policy.

There is no doubt in my mind that without you assistance in calling, following up and sending the pictures that you did on my behalf the claim would not have been approved. Because of your ongoing efforts, the insurance settled the claim in its entirety, minus the deductible.

Please rest assured that if any friends or relatives ever ask me for a recommendation for someone to do septic work on their property, your name will be the first, last and only one I give them.

Dear John:

It has been six months since you installed our new septic system. Consequently, this letter is truly overdue. I think the reason I took so long in writing it is because there are so many ways you and your employees improved, not only our home, but our lives.

To begin, I must thank you again for your unwavering commitment to educating me. You took the time, even before you knew the problem we had and if you would fix it, to speak with me without hesitation on two separate occasions. Never once did I feel any pressure from you. In fact, you advised me to hire the company which had previously worked on the septic at the house so that I may gather past intormation. You explained everything to me from how septic systems work to how they fail. Being a city girl, I had no idea how complicated a septic system could be. However, you made it all make sense for me.

Second, you showed up when you said you would, on time, and informed me every step of the way what needed to be done and how to best achieve it. Your professionalism is unparalleled. Having moved into this house and experiencing a new problem everyday which required calling "professionals" who were anything but impressive, I was greatly relieved to know I could trust in you to do the job and do it right. I have no doubts you did the best you could for us

Third, your staff was considerate and hardworking. I felt confident in their abilities. I appreciated your being on the job site, yet felt confident in your employees when you weren't able to be.

Lastly, you gave us an estimate and stuck to it. You did all you could to keep our costs down. For this I say thank you.

Everything is working beautifully for us since you have replaced our old system. We use the bacteria monthly and feel confident we will continue to enjoy the pleasures of a working septic system. As I stated above, our home is improved by your fine work but, more importantly, you'd restored our faith in people. You're a man of high principles and great integrity and the people you hire reflect these qualities. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone with septic problems.
